Current Projects - 3500kg Mussell Barge Trailer

We have recently been engaged by McMullen & Wing to design and construct a custom trailer to suit a mussel barge they have constructed.

This trailer needs to have a rating of 3500kg and be able to load the barge at a weight of 2800kg. The trailers construction needs the be of lightweight materials to be able to stay under the 3500kg target while still being structurally strong to withstand the weight of the loaded barge. We are doing this by using a CNC laser cut & folded channel.
