Completed Projects - Layflat Bin Trailer

We were approached by Avondale College to come up with a trailer design to transport their 1100L & multiple 240L waste bins around the school grounds. Due to the weight of the 1100L bin we decided to design a layflat trailer for a couple of reasons, loading and safety while loading. Because we are using a winch to drop the trailer deck to the ground we can also utilise this to assist in loading the bins. The trailer deck finished height is around 100mm in the down position.
